HOW THE RENT-ALL APP WORKS
Quality Issues & Damages:
To report any issues just take a picture(s), enter the required information, like contract number, name, email, etc. This information will be sent to our Quality Manager.
With this function you can easily report the following issues:
• Damage to equipment and / or supplies
• Non-functioning equipment / supplies
• The delivered equipment / supplies doesn't meet expectations
• Wrong delivered equipment / supplies
QR scan feature:
To scan a Rent-All QR code simply open the Rent-All App, choose the QR Scanner, point the camera at the code and you’re done! There is no need to take a photo or press a button. The app will automatically recognize any QR code your camera is pointing at.
If the QR code contains a website URL, you will automatically be taken to that site. If the code just contains text, you'll immediately see it. For other formats, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or contact info, you will be prompted to take the appropriate action.
